Francis Moltino (1818–1874) was an Italian painter, who lived in London. He specialised in landscapes and coastal scenes around the Isle of Wight and the Thames, during the early part of his career. He went on to exhibit 30 works in London, 8 at the Royal Academy, 13 at the British Institute and 9 at Suffolk Street. His later work is in the style of Turner and his subjects are mostly Venetian.
While in England, Moltino lived at Little Russell Street, Covent Garden, and London and later in Pimlico.
In later life he returned to Italy and continued to paint scenes in Venice.
