Literature D60113 A WALK IN THE PARK MADAME GEORGINA DE L’AUBINIERE 1848 – 1930 signed & dated 1895 Oil on board 17 ½ x 14 inches Born in Canada and came to England in the 1870’s. In 1882 she was living in Paris where she met her husband, a wealthy French nobleman. She travelled extensively in the U.S.A and Europe doing sketching tours. She was a regular contributor to major exhibitions in London & Europe with 10 works shown at the London Royal Academy.
